Food

One thing that may help you is to make your meals of fresh and alive (uncooked) foods whenever your intuition regarding your body's needs allows you to do so. Foods such as fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, legumes, and sprouts.

Some of us seem to believe, to a greater or lesser degree, the idea, "You are what you eat." I have observed that the belief may even be as strong as, "Eat live foods and you live; eat dead foods and you die." (Flesh would be considered dead. Also, heating foods kills it – the higher the temperature, the deader it gets.) Of course, any belief can be changed by simply making the decision that it is so.
