The Lightworker's Tools of Honor of Self
I evolved a set of tools for myself as I discovered those things that made it easier for me to help others. (As I use these tools, I find that those things I may see as negative at first usually turn out to have a positive effect.) These tools can supplement those things you generally accept as honorable behavior for yourself. They can be used to maintain that which is required in order to effectively help others — a positive person of integrity.

Without honoring one's own validity, no integrity is possible. Integrity of self goes a long way to smooth the helping of others.
