The Purpose of This Handbook
This handbook is for you, the Lightworker. Use it as you see fit.
This handbook is also for those who want to be Lightworkers. If you wish, use the handbook as the bridge to your goal. (Whether by a gesture, a smile, a long and involved process, or just simply your presence; every time you brighten someone's life and your own life brightens as a result — then you are doing the work of a Lightworker.)
Those who desire a happy, bright, and positive life, even though they have no desire to be a Lightworker, may also find things of value in this handbook. If you find something that will help you make your life easier and happier, use it to the fullest extent that you can.
The creation and periodic updating of this handbook has a dual purpose: (1) To record and arrange some of my varied experience for a greater personal understanding, so that I may become a better Lightworker in my own eyes, and (2) to p0resent my experience in a readily accessible form so that you may use of it as you see fit. It presents much of what I have learned in my sometimes stumbling and sometimes effective efforts to assist others in their pursuit of personal happiness. However, most of what you'll find presented here are not my own origination but a collection of things I've been exposed to that have helped me — things I've picked up here and there during meditations and conversations with others, and from tape recordings and books.
This handbook is not necessarily all there is to say on the subject. I present no more than what is available within my experience. I change, as everyone does, and my pont of view and my definitions change from time to time as I experience life.
The idea for this handbook was with me one morning when waking from dreams. The idea seemed complete and while, with all details worked out; as if all I had to do was sit down and type it. The excitement associated with it was so pure that all other projects except my method of making a living were put on hold. You are looking at the result.
